Beginners Wheel Throwing
TERM 6
$490Designed for both complete beginners and practising potters wanting to hone in on their existing skills. In this six week course you'll learn the fundamental skills of wheel throwing. Throughout the course, you'll be guided through the full process of ceramics including: basic cylinder shapes, wedging, centring clay on the wheel, bowls, clay recycling, mugs, vases, trimming and glazing! Our small class sizes and one-on-one feedback mean you'll receive plenty of individual attention and guidance.
Aprons, clay, tools, glazes and firings included.
Term 6 2025:
Starting last week of October
27/10 Mondays (beginners + advanced: 2.5 hrs) 6:30 - 9pm
29/10 Wednesdays 5 - 7 pm / 7:30 - 9:30pm
30/10 Thursdays: 5 - 7 pm / 7:30 - 9:30pm
31/10 Fridays: 10:30am - 12:30pm
1/11 Saturdays: 10:30am - 12:30pm
2/11 Sundays: 11am - 1pm
Advanced + Beginners Wheel Throwing
$525 ppDesigned for students with previous experience and practising potters wanting to hone in on their existing skills - with an extra 30 minutes of time on the wheel! In this six week course you'll learn more in depth skills of wheel throwing such as throwing larger pieces, spouts, lidded and more complex forms. Our small class sizes and one-on-one feedback mean you'll receive plenty of individual attention and guidance.

Mondays 27th October: 6:30 - 9pm
